Help Mounting 50" N-Fab Mounts on A-Cab

2006 Prerunner Access Cab

FX-R Retrofits,6" Maxtrac lift, 52" light bar, bull bar, nerf bars, underglo, custom grill, Depo Tail lights,

Since most 50" mounts are made to align with the pre-drilled holes on DC, how would I know where to drill for my A-cab? Any advice or links would be appreciated.
