    Long story..........
I bought my wife a used stepper/climber (cheap!!!)
It appears that all of the plastic "bearings" are cracked (made in Taiwan go figure). I call them "bearings" but they really look like small hockey pucks!

Does anyone know anyone or know of an online business that machines small plastic parts for a reasonable price?

I bought a nylon rod online and tried to make them myself but I could not get them all to have a consistent size.

    I basically need the following:

6 plastic bearings 1-11/16 wide and 15/16 thick
6 plastic bearings 1-11/16 wide and 7/8 thick.

I have attached a picture of one of the bearings that I made. It would have worked great if I could have made 5 more exactly like it.

Anyone got any suggestions. I need to save face with the wife!

Have you googled for a manufacturer's (or distributor's) web site to see if they sell replacement parts? For making some, I'd think some glass-filled nylon could be turned down in a lathe and cut off pretty easily (try local machine shops).

A larger Ace Hardwaer should have something like that. I actually saw those at one today.

Do you want to send me one, and I'll see if I can get a match, and send them to ya?
