I guess I don't understand the pic in post #43. What do all the male connectors go to? Did someone possibly take the relay out of the harness before it was yours? I would highly recommend bench building everything off a 12v battery in your garage before install. I went with a switchpro as I have minimal electrical knowledge. I would highly recommend it or something similar if you aren't a natural sparky.

I’m not sure I don’t really know. I would like to think it wasn’t tampered with before it got in my possession. I honestly feel like I made the mistake not marking the switch negative terminal when taking it off to run thru cab although at the time I was sure I’d put it back on the correct way.

That has to be the only reason because it worked when you tried it outside the truck.

Yeah it was my fault I’m 99% sure at this point. I’ve got the new harnesses in now and hooked them up to the lights ran it to my aux box and my battery jump box and one light is working but the other is not now. My light bar is working as well but they won’t work at the same time with both switches on. Both led lights of switch panels work one ditch light works when only that switch is flipped on but when I flip light bar switch on neither kc works? And vise Versa

Sounds like there isn't enough juice getting through the aux box or battery jump box to the lights. If you try hooking them all directly to the battery through a fuse, they should all be able to turn on together. Try that and report back.

Just make sure the wire gauge you are using is big enough to handle the load, and throw a smaller fuse on it in case anything happens.

Another possibility is there is a wire crossed somewhere and the circuits aren't being completed as intended. Some lights turning of when turning others on is a symptom of this. I would suggest checking all the wiring and making sure it's plugged in where it's supposed to and that any ground connections are not done through a switch. A drawing would be most helpful here.

The drawing is for you, not me. It's grts your brain to lay out how it should be, so it's a good reference when troubleshooting.

And my drawings are atrocious. I can't draw a straight line to save my life.

oh wait, you're hooking it up to the jump pack. I don't know if that will provide enough juice for them all to work together.

I think you’re right. I’ll hook them straight to my battery later and see if that makes a difference

Perfect, that just means the jump pack didn't have enough juice.
Now just keep track of what is plugged into where (label them just in case) and run the wiring.

I did the same thing man. Didnt use a relay and my switch inside the cab completely melted. Scared the shit out of me cause i was driving when i started smelling the smoke and had to pull over. It was too hot to pull the switch out and unhook the wires so i had to grab a knife and cut the wires under the dash. Since i added the relay and cleaned up the wires its worked great.

CH4x4 will have your switches: https://www.ch4x4.com/
As for the one light, double check all your connections. Remember, like you said before, having all on the ground hooked to the battery worked perfectly fine. Also don't forget the fuse.

Does it matter if my in line fuse is a 15 and the fuse in aux box is a 20? Also would I be wise to get a small circuit breaker to install or is that overkill for ditch lights and led bar for my Lower grill? Ditch lights are 40 watts and led bar is 180 watts. Thanks for your help

You only need one fuse. Since you have a fuse in the aux box, you can get rid of the in line fuse completely. Just double check what the smallest wire gauge you have is, and pick a fuse based on that.
