[IMG]I’ve been running my current lift Bilstein 5100s x 4 with 888 ome springs up front and deaver AAL in rear. Sumo springs have replaced the oem bump stops in back also. I’m approaching 100k on the setup and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the ride or performance. It’s all held up very nicelyas I expected it would from Bilstein. I’ve replacedmy tie rod outers and inners and I’ve replaced my sway bar bushings and end links tooverland custom forged heim joint links.
The one thing I have noticed though is mylifthas really settled in 100k miles(again kindaexpected)and I’ve added weight with dualbatteries under hood and a few other smallthings like leds dcdc charger that add up the weight.
Lately I am getting the itch to do something and 6112s up front with new springs while Iget my new tires installed next week is oneoption I’m heavily leaning toward. OR

Replace my oem UCAs with JBA or SPCs to try and get my alignment back to spec.
I mostly drive highways and interstate as I travel quite a bit and this is my daily driver. Ialso have a fridge in the rear and a softtopper along with a cooler and some of my kidssports equipment is always traveling. I doalso go mild off reading no washboard roads no major crawling but I do climb somemoderate hills and gravel roads in LBL with my son from time to time bc he’s 8 and heloves it. I’d say I’m 90% on road and 10% offroad on average each year. I’ll post a pic of my last alignment I had done which wasabout a month ago and noticed they weren’t really able to get it in the “green” areabesides toe and that was the main thing out of whack. I’m also running 255/80/17 Toyo AT3 current but due to lack of them in theUSA currently I’m trying out a set of NittoRidge Grapplers in the same size. My truck is also KDMAX tuned. Sorry for the long windedpost just trying to give as many helpful details to help make decision. Thanks in advance forany advice [IMG]50969FCA-73BC-4440-8C60-68EDFD27E3B3.jpg D3E7F341-B966-4BF5-8596-07E5C7B72814.jpg

    I’d go 6112’s or 8112’s

Alcan, Deaver, or Icon rear leaf

    +1 on KDMax ( & 4.88’s:D)

I just ordered a pair of Bilstein 6112 with 600# coil spring, sway bar relocation bracket and two new top hats. For added weight in front all I really have is a dual battery setup. Do you think I need to get the upgraded 650?

Arms will improve alignment big time, especially on the highway. 6112's are vastly superior to the 5100's and you'll notice it right away.

I'd say the springs are fine, just use a higher clip to compensate for the 2nd battery. But its only 40# likely. I prefer soft springs.

Are they 2 smaller AGM batteries?
