Help - no roof mounting point- stuck-EDIT: found it, please ignore

    So, I got my roof rack delivered and went to install it this weekend. When I removed the drain rubber, there is no nuts or bolts to mount the roof rack. What the hell, what is happening here? Why is my truck not even equipped to take on roof rack??





    I'm out $600 and no roof rack or LED light bars...do I need to pry open the small tab or something?


    EDIT: PLEASE IGNORE THIS THREAD. I NEED TO TAKE OFF PLASTIC COVERs ON TAB
