    Unfortunately I also need a t-case my 4lo doesn't work. Just another thing on the list to fix. And not sure if I mentioned, but this truck was in a major accident and I've been rebuilding with money from a part failure claim

    I saw that you had already taken it apart after I posted. I wasn’t suggesting automatic hubs were mechanically the same as manual hubs, but just that sometimes fixing things is just a matter of shaking them hard enough.

    So solved the problem, it ended up just being incorrect ratio! If anyone wants a regular cab diff let me know!
