    this seems to be the site ive been looking for...I accuired a 02 tacoma after my brother died and am doing some work on it..The blower motor resistor i replaced and am still having problems with the fan running fast then slow while dring and sitting still any ideas????

    Get another dash fan speed control switch from a wrecking yard or buy a new one from an auto store.
