Help polyurethane bushings

    255/85-16 BF goodrich km3's, modified trail gear Bumpers front and rear, 10k winch, ranch rear lift shackles, Rancho coilovers in the front, grey wire mod, aftermarket stereo, camper top on the back.
    i tried to install poly urethan bushings in place of my old stock ones today and they do not fit and are far to tight. do i need to remove the inner sleeve where the bushings go in the leaf spring?

    please help im with out transportation

    Grease the bushing and spring eye the sleeve goes in last. But of its really that tight u prob got the wrong bush.

    Never mind figured it out. Im silly. Still cant get the bushing in. How would the sleeve go on after the bushing. Wouldnt taking the sleeve out cause the spring eye to "collapse"? HELP!!!

    Well my cell service sucks but aren't your new bushings 3 piece? We are talking you rear leafs correct? The bushings should come apart one bush goes in on each side then the metal sleeve goes down the center on the back u don't use the sleeve (shakle side) if you have stock shackles. Unless ur new front bushings look exactly like stock you need a hydro press to get them in

    well i dumped the orginal plan to use ome greasable shackles b/c you have to cut the steel sleeve out of the springs to install ome's bushings. i have the toytec red poly bushings and plan to give them a shot here shortly. any sugestions on oem replacement leaf bushing installation
