I'm fighting this, now. Right rear won't budge and with the TRD wheels, I can't work against the wheel itself.
Tried backing off the nuts and using some hard stops - no dice.
It's soaking in liquid wrench now, so I'll hit it again in the morning and also try rocking side to side.
    Grrrrrr!

I pondered pushing the thing off the jack, but I got hold of myself.

Rubber mallet or kick them off, make sure the jack stands on secure first

Loosen the lugnuts to finger tight, then loosen half a turn more. Drive around the block at walking pace doing as many left and right turns as you can. This was the only thing that worked on my 4Runner - no amount of mule kicks and hammering on the rim could get it to budge.

Spray some rust preventative (Cosmoline/Fluid Film/Rust Check/Spray-N-Stay) on the hub register to prevent it from happening again.

Was checking to see if anyone posted this. This is how I got my wife's tires off her old Matrix. Also used some Dubya and let it sit for 5 min

    Success!!!
Combination of (1) kicking, (2) Liquid Wrench overnight, (3) slamming brakes w/ loose nuts, (4) dropping jack, and finally (4)
big sledge hammer around edge of tire.

What a pain in the ass!
I have been working on cars (non-professional) for over 40 years and never had that problem.
