Yea thats why i want a new head unit. A place here quoted me $1300 to install everything. Speakers, subwoofers, amp, head unit, dynomat i think its called, cable. all of it. seems kinda steep

If that was a total cost, sort of understandable, but 1300$ for installation alone? That's ridiculous.

No that's buying the head unit and installing it and buying an amp and installing it and a stalling everything else

Wasn't clear in your previous post tbh, how much would the equipment and dynamat be on its own?

$130 for a kenwood 362 BT stereo, $250 JL audio JX500/1 amp, $70 Deck install parts, $85 4 gauge wire kit, $50 for two sheets of dynamat.

BT install is $90 but i think that mostly labor
$120 to install the stealth box with the dynamat sheet
$220 for 4 ch amp install with JBL amp bypass
    $150 bass amp install
