HELP! Roof Rack Hardware - PIVOT BOLT/SCREW

I've searched until too frustrated to click anymore and called TRDparts in Texas looking for the pivot bolt for the factory rack. I bought these used and cannot locate this bolt. Any ideas? Luckily I have the O-ring and square nut. I don't want to fabricate one as it will bother me not to have the star drive on top.

 

Were you ever able to find this bolt because I need the bolt and the square nut because damned body shop lost one.

 

I need a replacement bolt too. Did anyone find one?

 

Bump, Anyone got any ideas? looking for pivot bolts myself
