Help this noob with some ?s and choose a new head unit plz

My stock cd player on my 2010 prerunner is turning off and on and displaying weird symbols so id like to replace it. only problem is im not that great when it comes to wiring but it looks easy enough so im going to give it a shot.

-Main feature that i would like is bluetooth or aux jack so i can control hook up pandora/google music on my samsung s4. bonus if i can control it (scroll through songs) from my head unit.

-For the dash kit i was looking at the scosche TA2053S9B does that sound about right? i just buy the head unit dash kit and do i need to purchase a wiring harness or something else?

-Also do some of these head units have an internal amp i didnt think the oem volume was loud enough can i improve that with a new head unit or have to completely upgrade everything speakers/amp etc.

-Also my antenna broke through the car wash and part of the screw is still threaded in the antenna hole so i havent been able to install a new screw in antenna or listen to the radio at all. Can i get a head unit with an internal antenna or something like that? or is there an aftermarket antenna that i can install and mount somewhere else?
