I not to long ago installed my 3" lift new rims and 33s. I paid for new sensors to be installed with my tire and wheel package through 4wheel Parts. I have tried almost everything to get the damn low tire pressure light to go out since their install. Can someone who has messed with this issue give me some guidance. Im currently running 35psi on 33 procomp extream mud on 16in rims

Did you buy the wheel + tire package over 4WheelParts' web site and install it yourself, or did you visit a 4WheelParts store to get the tires installed & the sensors programmed?

And, if the sensors are new, were they programmed to the truck?

There's your problem. The truck's TPMS ECU needs to be reflashed with the IDs of the new sensors at 4WheelPart's shop.

Are your OEM wheel + tires still mounted and sitting in a corner of your garage? If so, the truck can pick up the signal from those sensors when you leave the house and not turn on the caution light until about 20 minutes into the drive.

Yes, but they'll charge ~$100. (4WP may also charge, but less likely since you bought new sensors from them.)

Had the same problem as you, almost any tire shop can program the new sensors. Your invoice should have each sensors unique id number printed, the tire shop will need this. I was lucky, the tire shop I went to had a scanner that actually picked up the code of each sensor, then the mechanic hooked it up to the odb2 port and programmed them in, entire process took 5 minutes and cost $41. Call around, you'll be surprised how common of a problem this is. Good luck.

your truck has new TPM's w/ new ID's the stock ones that came with your truck are stored in the trucks computer. The new tpm id's need to be entered.
2 ways to do this.1 go to the dealer have them scan the tpm's and program your truck to new ID's......or 2 buy the quickset tool and program it yourself. the problem w/ solution #2 is unless 4 wheel parts gave you the new id numbers you don't know what the numbers are unless you either dismount the tires to read the tpms or buy the scan tool so you don't have to dismount the tires. quickset and scan tool total your looking at $350......I am not sure what dealers charges. if you were in NJ I could do it for ya I have both tools
