    PROBLEM SOLVED!!
Yes, that's true: "Follow the red line in the schematic above." However, I found my problem to be not in the relays or breakers, or other aforementioned components, but at the cable harness connector that's on inside the cab right next to the parking brake. One of the connector pins lost contact, arced and burned out. So happens that this pin carried current to the fuel pump. . .At that, I ran a bypass from the wire section before the connector to a wire after the connector.

Get a new key made because the same thing happen to me , the circle where you put your key in is a antenna that goes to your computer and if the battery is bad in your key it will not give a good signal and it will not start , also I changed the mass air flow sensor also ,you must use a denso brand if you dont you will get a bad hesitation all the time .

This happened to me just the other day on my 2016 Tacoma 2.7 4cyl....Just the day before I had opened my fuse box to look for a horn relay that blew and must have clipped the EFI relay with the fuse box cover when closing it. After hours of trying to diagnose it finally realized it was a loose pin connector at the EFI. Lesson here. Be careful when closing your fuse box as the EFI fuses are on the outside edges of the panel!!!!

    Hello Guys and Girls
I Just solved the issue on my 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2dr 2.4L.
The issue was the clutch pedal, just tighten it up and that’s it!

The real issue is the flux capacitor and the fuse #21 to the abs pump

double check blinker fluid before the static electricity gets to your wipers
