Help!!! Truck Wont Start 2000 tacoma

    My 2000 tacoma wont start, and an alarm that i didnt even know i had keeps going off, i had just drove it and five minutes later i when to go use it again and the truck wouldnt start and alarm keeps going off, i found the kill switch i didnt know it had but i cant turn it off, what could I do to turn on the truck

    Theres no question there, just you stating there is a truck that doesn't always start, and i guess an alarm you dont know about.

    Thats not a whole lot for us to go on if you want our help.

    3 inch lift. bluetooth stereo. blue transparent skulls shift knobs
    open up dash under steering wheel, remove alarm module. Done

    Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
    Someone may have installed some type of aftermarket anti-theft device that may be tripping you up. I had a Monte Carlo that had one of those and it would just randomly cut off the fuel supply to the engine now and then when I tried to start it and it was irritating as fuck because it would just crank and crank over but never start. I took that thing out and was done with it after it just shut off while I was driving down the road one time.

    Get a volt meter preferably digital. Check voltage directly at battery terminals. Put a small load on it like turn your head lights on. If the voltage is less than 12 volts put a good charge on the battery. With a good charge you should read close to 13 volts. When you have alarm systems aftermarket or not when the voltage falls below 12 volts alarm circuits don't like it.
