So I have a 3" Tuff Country suspension lift kit already installed. I need new front shocks pretty bad. So I need some input on if I can go with the 5100's in the front and will not have any complications. Please help

You won't have any problems with 5100s in the front. Takes about 2 hour to put them on if you haven't done it before.

Just make sure the 5100's are at 0" or bottom notch.

Should I keep it at 0" once they are in, or adjust it to a different height?

Never stack lifts. If you keep the spacers you need to keep the shocks at 0".

If I ditch the spacers can I install the shocks on the highest setting, or put them in at 0" and adjust them after install?

Set at highest 2.5" to level with the back blocks you have.

Not sure but you may need your top plate spacers to get a full 3". I am not sure if anyone has paired their 5100's with a Tuff Country top plate before. But OME makes 1/4" and 1/2" top plate if you don't like how the front sits.
