Any clues where to start checking?
    Thanks for any input.

Isn’t 174 a bank 2 too lean, as in vacuum leak?

Mass Air Flow Sensor? Toyota is known for having these go out at 60K or so.
Get a garage to check it.

EDIT: For clarification, the MAF sensor failed on my 2000 T4R at 60K. The mechanic said it was a common failure.

I've never heard of this claim.

Yeah, my fault. I looked quick and saw the imbalance code and though of the valve. Obviously pretty hard to diagnose over the net but have you taken a good look at the wiring for the fuel injectors? Maybe a rodent chewed them?

My '17 just popped the P0174 & P1170 codes today. I'm afraid it may have something to do with the Injen CAI and/or RIPP coil packs I installed last summer. Maybe the MAF sensor on the CAI went bad? Or the new coil packs screwed up?

About two weeks ago I got the CEL/Trac off, ran codes and saw p1170 and p117B. I cleaned the MAF, changed Air Filter, lights stayed off for about 300 miles, now it’s showing P0174 and P117B. I’ll do some more digging for air leaks - but could a vacuum leak cause the Fuel Injector P117B code? Or is that more likely an actual injector issue?

Look at your fuel trims. There could be a lot of culprits here, but a good, old-fashioned vacuum leak is a likely candidate. A malfunctioning injector is another possibility...

Well, to make things weirder after I ran the Codes at Autozone, got in my truck, wrote the previous post, shut down, went inside to get some brakekleen to look for leaks, crank it up, lights are out, but were never cleared. Still got home with a flashlight, sure enough, vacuum hose coming off the air box into the bank was 100% disconnected. Hopefully that’s the end of my woes!

    TLDR: check your hoses.
