Leaning towards the FALKEN WILDPEAKS based off reviews, black sidewall, aggressive tread, pavement/highway quietness, price, etc.

    Convince me otherwise.

Next question. I have my stock TRD OR 16" wheels powder coated satin-black by a friend (see attachment). What is the biggest or best tire size to run on my 2017 TRD OR without having to cut/trim away stuff? If it's minimal trimming I don't mind but prefer to avoid it if possible. Thanks.

they pretty much all come in at 14/32s so really the only thing that's going to be aggressive is the different sidewalls
265/75/16 is probably your best option without having to trim or lift.

Thanks for the info. Can you guess how much will they offset? I would also like a little wider stance, without having to do some BORA spacers (if possible).

don't think the tires will really change your stance. that's where rims with a negative offset or spacers come into play

Yea figured so. Another reason I want new wheels is to avoid spacers. UGH.

I know a lot of guys who run the bora or the spidertrax spacers and have had zeros issues, they are hubcentric so you shouldn't get vibs and if you stay below 2 inches it really shouldn't change the wear on anything. the guys that whine about wearing hubs due to spacers probably have never even ran spacers and are just google warriors.

Any tire is only white lettered or OWL on one side. The other side is blackwall.

Don't let that drive you away from the tire you want, just have the white mounted to the inside.

If you are patient, they'll be dirty soon enough that you won't notice them.

If you're impatient, or keep a pristine truck, just get under it and hit the white with some flat black Krylon made for plastic. It will last a long time.

I ran 1.5 inch spacers all around on my ranger for the whole life of that truck ( 4 years ) never broke a stud never broke shit on the front end and that truck spent more time in mud pits than it did on the pavement.

    Good to know, thanks!

Yea I like my stock wheels, just hate the stance and 1.5" BORA spacers will run me a $230 and the SpiderTrax 1.25" will run me $200ish.

I'm super happy with the wildpeak, especially for the $
One of the guys at discount was raving to me about the wildpeaks when I was there having them installed. Said he regularly sees people getting only 25k out of KO's.

And, As everyone has said in the falken thread, they look much more aggressive in person.

I like my General AT2's. Everything you are looking for, except a little bit of road noise. I have 25,000 miles on mine and they look brand new. They kind of look like the BFG KO2's too, but they were hundreds cheaper when I priced mine.

I really like the General AT2s too, but also like the Falkens. It will probably just boil down to whichever is in stock where I go and price differences.

Depending on the amount of wear left in the tires and the price, I may be able to take those off your hands for you.
