Going on a trip out to Death Valley. Last year I ran the stock tires on my truck. They did okay but there were some parts where I really wish I had different tires. This year however I got some money to get some new tires.

The stock tires are 265/70R16 I think I'm defenetly going with the 265 75/R16. More Tire!

The tires I was think of getting are Listed:

Gerneral Grabber / Off Road not the AT's

    Nitto Terra Grappler

    Cooper ST/MAXX

The General's and Nittos are simliar in price but the Coopers are about 120 more including install.

Any info on what you think I should go with would be most appreciated! Or if you know of a different tire that would be good too! Thanks!

In my opinion i would go with the Cooper's. I have just ordered some and have heard good reviews about them. On the other hand I dont know alot about the others you listed. I know for sure that you should not go with the BFG All Terrains. Every shop I have talked to says that they are "old technology" compared to other AT/MT tires.
