TLDR: Wiring flood lights to a bed rack, not sure how to run the wires to the engine bay. I assume I need to buy wire to reach the bed of the truck to the engine but what kind of wire do I need?

Hello everyone! I'm a new Tacoma owner and I am building my truck out for camping. I recently installed the Xtrusion Overland bed rack overtop a softopper. I purchased two Dynamic Diode LED pod lights to attach to the rack to help with setting up camp at night.

I was told I'd need a writing harness, this one to be exact: OEM Auxiliary Switch Dual-Output Wiring Harness Diode Dynamics (https://xtrusion-overland.com/products/oem-aux-switch-harness), but there aren't any instructions on how to install these lights.

The folks over at Xtrusion Overland sent me this video to help me out, and it makes sense, but my question is how do I run the wires from the bed of the truck to the engine compartment? I'm assuming I need to buy some wire but I don't know what type of wire I need:

If it matters, here are the lights I'm trying to install: https://xtrusion-overland.com/products/ssc2-led-pod-sport-standard

Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it!
