I need helping wiring the HIDs to the Hella 700ff relay.

    - Each ballasts has a red and black wire. I'm assuming power and ground.
    - The Hella 700ff relay has red (power), blue (ground), yellow (relay trigger), and black (output to lamps) wires. Then there's an extra green wire to power the switch.

With the red and black wires coming from the ballasts, which color wire from the relay does it connect to? I know that it's obviously not red (power) and blue (ground), but I'm left with yellow and black.

Can anyone tell me which wire goes where?

Also, for the rocker switch, I can either pick the ground or power wire (from the relay) right? Just as long as the switch breaks and opens the current?

idk why I'm being such a noob with this LOL. I think the wire colors on the relay are tripping me out because blue is ground and black is the output to the lamps.

    Thanks for the help everyone.

the only thing in that thread that has anything to do with the wiring is this:

which is the obvious thing to do, but now does that go to the black wire (output to lamps) of the relay? Then where does the yellow wire (relay trigger) go to? And then does the negative wire from the ballast just get grounded?
