Help with a 2.5" lift that's bouncy

    After lifting my truck I was experiencing some weird things with my truck as it felt a little unstable and stiff over bumps. I'm not saying it was bouncier but it definitely did not ride the way I imagined before alignment. Soon after aligning it the truck felt great again and even better with new rims and tires. I'm sure OP was just experiencing some of that

    I really think some of this misperception comes from people watching the BAJA 500, where the trucks do indeed float as they go 70mph thru the desert over humps etc..

    Good point lol. They float because they have 8 shocks and thirty inches of travel. People cant expect that performance with bolt ons lol
