Well, I am 97% sure I have this connector and pigtail situation figured out. Here's 451 pages of everything you ever wanted to know about Toyota connectors.

    https://www.toyota-tech.eu/wire_harness_rm/RM06H0E.pdf

Based on other posts here on TW, I'm pretty confidant that the connector body for the fan switch is 90980-11615.
Based on the chart on page 380 of the above link, I'm fairly confidant that the pigtail for that connector is 82998-12380.

Use these numbers at your own risk.

Life with a wife and three kids is making this a slow process for me. I finally got all the parts I need, for those that may find this thread in the future i posted a pic with part numbers that i got.
My electronics skills are lacking and I dont trust myself to cut splice and heat shrink so I've already found a shop that will do the work for me for 65 dollars. Opening that plug and cutting factory wiring makes me nervous
On the other problem of the air blowing from the defrost vents... I haven't looked into it much. I hope to have time tomorrow to pull the one part (can't recall its name) and look for broken teeth like another poster said here.
    Anyway, I'll keep y'all updated..
