Just went in to check on my alignment after hunting season
They were busy kinda got crappy service
Did not give me no explanation just sent me out the door

I do alignment at this shop every 6 months or so to make sure everything is good
And previous numbers looked a lot better

    What could have changed ?

To much negative camber, and you should be able to get at least 1 degree of caster with a 3in lift id go somewhere else

Should i be concerned about tire wear with these numbers?

Doesn't look too bad from a tire wear perspective, front right camber kinda sucks but not the end of the world. Caster is terrible though, it's going to wander around on the highway and get squirrelly if you dynamite the brakes.
If that's the best they can do, I'd look into adjustable UCA's so you have more control over alignment specs.

not picking nits here... but this might be an apple crab-apple comparrison... in both instances was the fuel tank full or ? how much stuff was behind the seats... she looks like an extended cab... back in the day I used to use weight plates to see just how much each corner weighed and take a gander at who is driving it...

Cant tell on the fuel tank i would say close to half a tank each time
I drive over an hour to this location from a rural area

Last time had mini toolbox which was full of stuff, this time empty bed but canopy installed
I would say canopy is a bit heavier then full toolbox

I usually dont have anything in the back seats. As 2 of my boys ride there offen

Here is a pic of an alignment i did soon after installing new suspension

Do you have the bilstiens set at the lowest setting with the 882? there should never be that low of a caster.

Drivers side looks ok, looks like they gave up some caster to get camber close. Passenger is whack, the rear cam should look like the drivers side rear cam, should be pulled all the way out or pretty close.
Regardless, there's no way they're going to dial another 2 degrees of caster out of those and keep camber in spec. My vote is still on adjustable UCAs.

Edit: meant camber above in bold, not caster.

Since there are some people with alignment knowledge on this thread: I have a 2" lowering spring perch on my Bilstein 4600s in the front. My front camber is -1.0* and they said the cam bolts are maxed out. I don't mind this on a lowered truck 2wd and my 18" tires are super cheap. I have around +4* of caster. It drives and corners wonderfully. Would adjustable UCA help me in this situation too, to get my camber closer to 0?

Definitely. Depending on the UCA you go with, camber and caster can be dialed in independently, for the most part.
You might be able to get away with sacrificing a degree of caster or so to get camber back to 0, if you didn't want to buy new UCAs and don't mind losing a bit of caster.
