Help with arb bumper

Ok so i have a line on a arb bumper for my 2011tacoma. Always wanted one. I like others but always wanted an arb. The deal is too good to pass up, never mounted in like new condition. Only catch is its the old style pre foglight. I have done some research and a few have said they upgraded theirs, cutting and using the new shroud. I can find these parts and templates but no o e actually detailing the install.
Do i just reuse the turn/marker lamp in there currently? Where do i line the template up to?
Anyone here actually done this or knows someone who can give insight please. Hoping to confirm purchase by friday
