I know this has most likely been hashed out numerous times before but I'm having trouble finding information regarding a couple things.
To start I do have fox's 2.0 coilovers. Can't seem to find if that really "levels" the truck or not. Did notice a bit of a lit so to speak up front after installing them.
Currently running stock 16's and hate the silver color. Will be upgrading to new wheels, most likely 17's. Not opposed to doing some plastic trimming. That being considered would I be able to run 275/75r17 without too much issue?

Don't do much offroading but in the future may enjoy it, although can't say it would be hitting any crazy technical stuff.

275/75/17 is not a common size so there may be limited info here on that.

In general, the largest tire you can fit without major trimming, on a 17” rim is 275/70/17 (roughly 32”). Many fellas go 285/70/17 (roughly 33”) and have to do some frame trimming (cab mount chop) if they want maximum clearance off-road when flexing.

One factor often missed when fitting bigger tires is the offset of your wheels (how much they poke outwards). A tire that fits the truck on one wheel size, may rub on another that has more poke (negative offset).

If you figure out what you like the look of, you can usually find a user here that runs the same setup who will advise.

Appreciate it! Should have been more specific. Looking for a roughly 32 in tire and most likely a method wheel with maybe a 0 offset

With that wheel, I believe you can avoid the CMC (Cab mount chop) if you go 275/70/17 (32” approx). At 285/70/17 you’ll likely rub the cab mount.

The width of the wheel also changes things, so try to stick with an 8” wide wheel maximum to give you a better chance of not having to chop. Methods are very popular, so I’m sure there’s lots of examples in those threads I shared.

Again, really appreciate it. Trying to sift through some of these threads and varying opinions or facts is crazy!
