    I have a 2015 Tacoma and I just installed a Prodigy P3 brake controller.
The issue I'm having is the trailer brakes are not working when I push on the brake pedal, however they do work when I use the manual lever in the brake controller.
Anyone have an idea where to start looking for the issue?

Does your kit use the factory plug/harness or did you splice connections yourself?

I'll start with the simple questions. When you press the brake, the screen on the brake controller should be showing a non-zero number (indicating the volts its sending to the trailer). With trailer connected and holding the brake pedal, what is that number? What is the number when you pull the manual lever all the way?
