HELP WITH BUDBUILT SKIDS

Hey guys I recently bought the full skids from a buddy and he's got a 12 off-road double cab my truck is 11 base access cab I called bud and they said the parts were compatible. Now I tried installing the front and nothing lines up. The gas skid doesn't even have anything on the tank to bolt onto... I'm completely lost and usually have no problem installing stuff but I give up any chance anyone could give me any ideas of what I'm doing wrong. I also go new hardware from bud to install.

Blow it through the roof

Have to do the front one first. I think the ones after the IFS skid mount to each other
