    Geoff, I noted your hours of 8-10... are those extended hours for the Winter Carnival or your normal hours now?

    Also, I'm curious as to the meaning of your above comments about "labor" @ 22% and @ 12%? Is it like a ratio of food sold to wages you pay your staff? Can you explain it in such a way a lay person could understand? :eek:

    Yes, he wants to keep his labor costs below 22% meaning if he sells $100 worth of food his labor cost needs to be less than or equal to $22

    Also had home theater guy in yesterday.... starting to price 100" screen to place above the kitchen for a projection set up. Movie night :)
