    :D

Need help managing the place proper. It's a big place with alot of responsibility....But some money is to be made! I have been putting quality food out now for over a year...people are starting to recognize. It can be as BIG as I/we(mouse in my pocket) can manage it.

Things seriously lacking since my partner left.....
    BOOK KEEPING!!-----pile of a mess!
Taxes - sooooo behind and focking LOST! lol
    Advertising
    Missed catering opportunity(s)
    customer service
Ideas and preparation for the coming summer
    menu expansion

Managing the business is a tough business.....

I would have never jumped ship knowing that my partner was leaving.

    neglect, mostly.
i would contact the local university. wherever that may be.. graduation is in may. . surely there's some seniors without jobs looking to do an exciting resume builder while they look for the career of their dreams.

:annoyed: that is exactly the type of position I would like to get into, in the type of location people dream of living in. Im in school right now for Accounting & Finance. I may be getting an accounting degree but preferably I want to work in more of a general management position. This would be such an amazing opportunity if it were about 3 years down the road haha.

Still really sorry to hear it's just gotten that much harder with the desertion of your partner geoff:(

as always let us know how it goes and unfolds.

Idaho. Idaho? Explain how you made it to Idaho. As far as I can tell, you went straight from Texas to Idaho. That's a hell of a jump.

If I'm able to come, it'll be a short trip, short notice deal. I will let you know for sure (ahead of time) when/if I'm able to come.

From what I've seen on here you're doing well. Keep your standards high, and send out good shit. GOOD LUCK!
