    Interesting.

Maybe put a couple of hungry dogs back there and let them lick it off. Then put a massive bowl of fresh water for them and let them pee all over it.

    Finally, wash with Dawn.

    Also, welcome.

You mean like Line-X or RhinoLiner?

That would be much harder to get grease out of.

I wonder if trisodiumphosphate would work. Aka, TSP. For paint prep.

Throw some potatoes in the back, let it sit in the sun and take it to the White House for Trump to use for one of his fast food dinners

Personally I would do the following:
-remove as much as possible with non-metallic scraper
-Spray area with vinegar, let sit for a while and then rinse area with hot water
-Soak area with hot water and dawn for a few minutes and then rinse with more hot water. Repeat.

I spilled a quart of primer in the bed a while back and got 99% of that up. You’ll be able to get rid of that grease.

If you don’t have any prep-Solvent, then I could cover it with dawn dish soap. Then boil up a big pot of water and dump it over the spill. Then take the hose and wash out the rest. Unless you have a powerwasher then spray it with that. Might have to do a few times to flush it all out

Hey, at least now your bed won't rust.......
Dawn and hot water, scrub, rinse, repeat.

Found the chemist. Both were going to be my suggestion as well. Ammonia mixes with fat/oil to turn into soap that can be washed away with water. Lye would do the same but is much more caustic.

A simple degreaser won't work because of the ratio from lipids to solvents, if it's a concentration of fat sitting on there.

First step is mechanical. Physically remove as much as you can, scrapers, trowels, toast, spatulas.

Next you need a concentrated degreaser aka emulsifier. I would add some heat to it to help start the process go easier. Maybe soak some up for a pan con lechon.

Once the head and concentrated degreaser kick in you'll see it starting come loose, then it's your moment to shine and scrub it away from the crevices.

After none of that works, then listen to these other guys, while you enjoy that nice sandwich.

I'll meet you in death valley with a cooler of panfish and 2 forks. That should take care of it. :p No seriously. I agree with the others. Dawn or simple green should do the trick.
