    Very true, but Japanese products are not known for using the odd numbered mm sizes. Everything is 8, 10, 12, 14mm. I'm guessing that the conversation at Toyota went something like this. "The NHTSA calls for 7/16" NF. Let's give them 7/16" NF so we don't have to get "equivalent hardware" approved. Although 11mm is virtually the same, it is a RCH smaller."
