Every time I start my truck and reverse out of my driveway, I experience a loud knocking noise. It only really happens if I drive over a bump in the beginning of my drive. It doesn’t happen after a couple minutes of driving. Anyone experience this before? Seems like its getting louder with the cold weather.https://youtube.com/shorts/thTIHHvar2w?si=InVp_sdIT4RlqPe_

    suspension or steering joints.

look for movement wear patterns in the control arm joints, ball joints, the shock mount joints, the sway par joints and the top of the shock mount. Something is loose. It may only move a MM or two. Another trick is to get someone in the driver seat to quickly rock the steering wheel back and forth to load and unload the steering jounts. Place your hand over both parts of the joint. You should not feel any clunking or movement in the joint, just the whole assembly moving slightly back and forth.
