Hey guys I'm looking to step up to the second gen game and I would like to have a clean detail and wax done by myself. I know there are thousands of products and techniques but can anyone give me a (waxing for dummies) kind of explanation or send me a link?

I recommend Meguires Synthetic Sealant 2.0 (#21). I've been a carnauba wax guy for years, but the Meg's #21 blew my mind. MUCH easier on/off than any wax I've ever used. It hid all light scratches, beads water like crazy even after several washes. Best detailing product I've ever used. Two coats and the shine was incredible.
