Thanks in advance for any advice. I want to add some insulation/ heat blocking to my Tacoma roof. I don’t know if I’m proportioned weirdly or what, but I’m about an inch from the headliner and I can feel the heat in the summer. Now that the weather’s getting manageable, I m hoping to add some heat barrier like Ghost Ship did, but I started looking and could find any info on tacomas with sun roofs and how they’d be different. In my experience little things like this usually come back and kick me in the butt and end up taking twice as long, so I thought I’d ask this time.

Have you started with the sunroof itself? I'd try cutting a square of reflectix and fitting it between the glass and the cloth shade. I bet that would eliminate most of your heat.

Thanks, I have thought about that, but then second guessed myself thinking it would get stuck somehow. It was something I was going to check on when I did the roof.

Thanks, this is just what I needed. I was wondering if the liner would come out, but this keeps me from messing it up trying to get it out
