    Hello all,
I recently had to leave my truck at the body shop for some repair work. When I got it back my driver side heated seat is not working properly. It was %100 for sure working when I dropped it off. It was in February here in Saskatchewan, Can. and the Average temp was like -30 C, so I was using it everyday. When I picked up my truck yesterday the first thing I did when I jumped in was turn the heated seat on. The red light that usually lights up didn't. I put the switch in the low position and the green light that usually comes on DID and the seat started to heat up in the low setting. I tried the high setting again and nothing, no light and no heat. The repairs consisted of painting to my drivers side door, but nothing to do with the interior, seat or console. I am guessing that when they detailed it after the snagged a wire, but I looked under there and played with all the connections and I couldn't see anything obvious. I am guessing that with the fact that the low works and the high doesn't it would be relatively simple to narrow down if someone with a little knowledge in electrical circuits had a schematic. I have neither, so I was hoping that someone on here could give me a hand.

The body shop argued that they didn't touch my seat so that it couldn't be them, but he was willing to take my truck in and have it diagnosed and if they found something that was caused by them then would fix it, if not, I would pay for it. I would rather not leave it with them again, so if it is something I could fix myself easily I would prefer that option.

Nevermind, I played with the switch a whole bunch more, and finally figured out if I press it the right away with the right pressure that I can get it to come on. They obviously did something to it because I never had a problem with it in the year and a half I have had it.

How hard is it to replace that switch? And where is the cheapest place to find one?
