Hoping the hivemind can help me out with this one as I'm stuck on what else I can do. I've replaced every fuse and relay associated with the horn. I just replaced the clockspring this past weekend. I still get nothing when I press the horn. I'm thinking I'm not making a ground connection somewhere but have no idea where to even start to look for that problem. If it could be something else please let me know. TIA!

The horn is pretty easy to access behind the grill. Check for power and ground at the connector when you press the horn

Did you use a oem clockspring?

Take a test light and make sure the 10A Horn Fuse is getting power.
    Next, pull the Horn relay.
Test light to battery +. Pins 1 and 3 should have power at all times.
Next, Test light from battery + to pin 2. Press the horn. The test light should light up (power).
Next, Plug the relay back in. Unplug the horn. Test light from battery Negative (-) to grey wire on horn connecter.
Press the horn, test light should light up.
Horn is grounded by the mounting bolt. If test light lights up in prior step. Unbolt horn
Thread bolt back in, Test light to bolt. If light, lights up, Bad horn.
    If not, bad ground.
