    So I got a Japanese helmet from wwii a few days ago and I can't find anything about how to translate it and I wanted too see if anyone here could help. From what I have been told so far it's a mixture of kanji and old japanese. Thanks for any help in advance

    Let me ask my brother in law and I'll get back to you... Neat find by the way, I have a WWII US helmet. Bunch of shrapnel and bullets from Okinawa found in the Jungle and when diving.

    Biggest find was 5 BMG cartridges still live and linked together from WWII battle of Okinawa Kakuzu Ridge. The EOD wouldn't let me keep it though.

    Thanks and from what I've been told by the seller its a guys name and possibly location or unit he was in
