    Hello @TooManyTacos
Yes, and you fail to note which of your Too Many Tacos you are asking for. I am going to assume this is your '02?

Remove the flare, re-route the seal (it looks to be intact, mine were surprisingly durable), re-fasten the flare. I think your year flare is fastened with plastic clips, which may be brittle and break. Best to purchase in advance replacement clips. Get the part numbers but do not buy clips from a dealer. There's lots of clips available on e-bay and Amazon, make certain you have the right part numbers. The clips should fasten through holes in the flare, to a hole in the wheel-well liner, and possibly also a third hole in the metal body work. You may have to remove some of the clips holding the mud flap, and reinstall them.

I was fortunate on my 2000 Extracab the flares fasten with screws into plastic clips/grommets inserted through the holes. I have attached an invoice for the clips/grommets, just in case these apply to your '02 also. These are referred to as "Screw Grommets" on Page 5 of the attached "Body Hardware Fasteners Definitions and Usage , where you will also find the screws that are referred to as SEMS.

Nomenclature varies from parts lists, dealer's retail packaging, and e-bay and Amazon listings, so don't be surprised if the same part number comes up with different part names. And always search for parts numbers with your VIN.

Several good sources on-line for parts diagrams and parts lists:

    Good luck.

Thank you so much for the information! Yes I was speaking of my 2002. I’m done with the dealership if I can help it. I’ll see about getting the clips from Amazon and try this
