'10 PreRunner TRD Sport

I have a JVC KW-AVX840 Car Receiver. I have the Motion X GPS app on my iPhone 4 and it works great with my head unit. My question, is it possible to have my Motion X display on my HU while listening to my tuner, or Sirius. All I've been able to do is listen to my iPhone tunes or Pandora app while the Motion X app is displayed. Any thoughts?
