Help with name of part for tailgate

2017 Tacoma Access with 6 foot bed.

The black plastic that fastens onto the top part of the tailgate is missing a clip/fastener.
1. Is there a special name for it other than clip/fastener?
2. Is it something for which I can somehow just change a single clip/fastener or will I be forced to buy an entire plastic piece that goes across the entire tailgate?

Oh bummer. I see what you mean. Looks like those clips are molded into the part itself. Random internet images:

You might be able to redneck something together with a large generic 'Christmas tree clip' and epoxy or glue, but Im not sure how well that would work.

Unfortunately you will need a new top cap scuff guard. I just did a quick google search and if you don’t want to go with OEM they’re lots of aftermarket.
