HELP with new bumper!

    Fabtech 3.5" performance lift, 3" body lift, full magnaflow exhaust, K&N cold air intake, cobra PA, pioneer head unit ans speakers, 2 bazooka 10'' subs with 400w amp
    Im putting a new, tube, off road bumper on my truck today and i dont what to do with the turn signals... I have seen a lot of guys with these bumpers what do i do with the turn signals?
