Start with diagnostics 101. Check spark at plugs, then injector pulse, then manifold vacuum. Plug in a OBD scanner, check that the ECU is reading RPM at crank and throttle position. By no start, im assuming cranking but no ignition?

Ok, pull no.#1 spark plug put finger over hole, crank engine until your finger gets blown out, this should be compression stroke, now wherever the dist. rotor is pointing is going to be no.#1 cycl. start your firing order from here (your dist. is 180 degrees out)
