Experiencing a clunking sound when coming to a stop and when going over speed bumps/larger bumps in the road.

Predominately sounds like it's coming from the passenger wheel well, but sometimes I hear a similar sound from direction of the other wheel wells also (front & rear driver, rear passenger).

Truck is fairly new to me (2 months), recently had the front pads and rotors replaced and got an alignment done.
The shop also replaced the extension housing seal on the driveshaft and DID NOT re-tighten the center bearing bracket bolts!
Luckily I noticed before shit hit the fan and was advised to torque them down from some helpful TW members (thanks guys).

I've poked around under the truck but I'd be lying if I said I had the expertise to tell if something was wrong.
Can anyone weigh in on the sound in the clips I've linked?

I'm concerned this shop fucked something else up and it's dangerous.

    Thanks!
