Have a very slight buzz/rattle/vibration coming from around the front passenger door/glove box area that I cannot pinpoint. It comes and goes. It was driving me nuts but the wife didn’t even hear it for several miles. Anything in this area to check?

Take it to the dealer let them have the headache to track down the buzz . It could be anything ... noises are a pain to track down . Best of luck .

Had the same annoying rattle/squeak in the same location. I stuffed a small piece of foam in the very corner of the windshield and dashboard... rattle gone. :)

That’s last resort. Why would I let some minimum wage kid start ripping panels off of my brand new truck!

I once had a buzz coming from my glove box that turned out to be a leaf that got past my cabin air filter.

I think my passenger knee airbag panel/cover (below glovebox) is rattling. Going to look into where the plastics might be making contact.

Is it mostly when it’s cold that it rattles? Like below 50 degrees then as the cab warms up it goes away?
You may check the seam between the passenger side speaker cover on the dash and the bottom of the A pillar. Sometimes the two sections can rub or knock together, creating the rattle.

My A pillar is a little loose at the bottom and will sometimes knock against the speaker cover when I hit hard bumps, especially when it’s cold. I put a two inch piece of bootlace leather between the gap and it snugged it up perfectly and you can’t see it.

Either way, good luck tracking it down. Rattles can drive a person insane’

My 2020 vibrates on the front passenger side of the cabin as well. I narrowed it down to the front passenger seatbelt anchor cover located on the bottom. The cover rattles when going over bumps.
