help with rear leaf/bracket broke?

    Ok, not sure exactly how to explain what I'm talking about here so I drew a cheesey picture to help. The bracket is on the top leaf only and seems like the rivet on the bottom broke? It located on the rear of the leaf. I did have the TSB done but also added an AAL so I think dealer may turn me down for a free fix. What do you think?
