Hi all, I'm new to Tacoma World. I had an '86 4Runner forever and drove it into the ground, and after a couple of years, have another Toyota truck- a new to me 2013 Tacoma. I put an RSI EVOa topper on it, and during it's first trip in Death Valley a couple of weeks ago, the topper slid back a couple of inches every day on the bed rails. We were able to move it forward and clamp it down every morning, but I wasn't excited about it, especially after spending a bunch of money on the topper.

In my humble opinion, the clamps that came from RSI are garbage, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well? It's really too bad, I think the topper is a great design.

I have new steel camming clamps from ARE, and ordered some bed rails from KB Voodoo Fabrication, and I'm going to replace all of the weatherstripping as well. Am I missing anything?IMG_6039.jpg IMG_6045.jpg
