Save yourself some money and do as good a job. A garden sprayer and spray biodegrable motor oil from G-oil "inside" body panels and inside frame members you can't reach. Paint areas of frame you can with red wheel bearing grease with a foam brush.
You can go two years between treatments. Doing this regularly and your truck can go decades without rusting. The grease will hold up to regular spray washing underneath well.

I just finished doing mine, I used Wurth cavity wax , and then did the undercoating using the wurth undercoating stuff as well. I do have both of the sprayers so it make the job a lot easier.. one of the sprayers has 3 different long wand attachments..and you do not have to drill.

This is what I am thinking about doing, but won't this also attract dirt?

And how do you keep it from getting all over garage floor?

Some. But on the grease, it helps hold it in place like fiberglass does to epoxy. Red grease goes on clear and the amount of dirt is no more then after normal driving. If you are festidious and want your frame to look shiny and new for mechanics, it doesn't do that. But the key is, it will not rust. Painting nuts and bolts with grease have allowed me to take them off 10 years later with little effort. The oil inside the body panels and inside frame members never see much dirt. We live in mid Maine where we average 90 to 130 inches of snow in higher elevations and see lots of salt.

Use the Toyota frame plug kit after the fluid film application.

I just traded up from my 98 dakota that I had replaced everything in it because of rust too. Going to try to take this one 15 years and still have it worth something.

I have used KROWN on my 2012 ram 1500, after 3 winters it is all like new underneath my truck, no rust specs to be seen. They take 1-1.5 hours to apply. (like already stated here) the krown formula displaces moisture, which not all under coatings do, it is also sprayed on at 90 degrees C, so it creeps very well. krown and rust check are the only 2 I would ever use on my truck. They also come with warranties. I live on the east coast of Canada, where on a quiet night you can hear a Ford rust.....

Is there a diagram available that illustrates where all of those various plugs are used?

Do a search for this. It has the plugs listed & install locations.

I was quoted $350 by Ziebart and $375 by LineX here in Ohio. Unfortunately, we do not have Krown in Ohio. Any other ideas on where I could go that would be cheaper?

I thought there were a couple of Krowns in Ohio when I checked.
I think I am going to drive mine to St. Louis.
