Help with side switch panel part number.

    So I’m looking to add a switch into my side switch panel on the left side of the steering wheel while keeping the cubby for now. I currently have the switch for the bed lights, bed power, and then long tall OEM switch. What I need on the bottom is the bed lights, two small OEM blanks, and one tall OEM blank like what can be seen here:


    I have seen ones before for the sliding rear window but that has a tapered edge and I want a normal one like what can be seen above. Anyone know the part number for that specific OEM one or where to buy that exact style?
