    hi!

I bought this 2003 Toyota Tacoma ext cab V6 4x4 for my son. The truck has 177,000 miles on it. the body and paint were in bad shape when we bought it but my father-in-law owns a body shop and brought it back to life.

My question is- the original owner used it as a work truck. He had an industrial type shell on the bed that held his tools and ladder etc. the thing had to weigh 500 pounds without his gear.

He put some coil over shocks and an after market UCA on the truck.

The coil over says Camburg 2.5 series race ready.

I have no clue as to what make/model the UCA is.

My question is - the rear leaf springs loom terrible:

Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.

Check out wheelers and pick an aal that would suit your needs. The ome springs will raise the back a lot.

From what has stated in another thread, the rear springs will settle lower than 2.25 inches

And if the front coilovers are in good shape, then you can adjust the height in the front to match the rear lift.
